Dear Customer,

Please note that the prices are for information purposes only. Your booking is valid only if we have confirmed it in some form (e.g., by email or phone).
If it does not suit you and you would like to cancel your reserved appointment, you can notify us by email or phone.

If, for any reason, you cannot attend at the reserved time, please inform us in advance. Since rescheduling takes time, cancellations/appointment changes are free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved appointment (by email or phone), taking into account our opening hours.

We treat your data confidentially and do not share it with third parties.
